Job Summary
A company is looking for a QNXT Configuration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support quality initiatives for Commercial LOBs in QNXT
- Serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing, and implementation
- Elicit and document requirements, driving projects for business areas as subject matter experts (SMEs)
Required Qualifications
- Operational knowledge in Claims/Encounters, Provider/Network, Clinical, Customer Service, Digital, Enrollment, Finance, Sales & Benefits, or Data Migration
- Experience in project implementations and requirements gathering
- Background in testing and operations functions related to QNXT
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency
