Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business and technical requirements to design and implement QNXT configurations
• Analyze contracts and benefit documents to extract reimbursement and cost share details
• Collaborate with teams to translate documents into system-ready requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in Commercial or Marketplace healthcare plans
• Expertise in QNXT; experience with NetworX is a plus
• Experience with cautionary reduction functionality
• Hands-on experience with Medicare benefits, including cost share and COB
• Familiarity with QCS and QNXT backend processes, including query execution
