Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst to support its Professional Services team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Analyze complex data, identify patterns, and recommend actions for process improvements
• Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements and create functional specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years in telecommunications and relay services
• Knowledge of public utilities and transportation regulatory policies
• Experience working with the deaf and disabled community
• Proficient with American Sign Language preferred
