Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor live and recorded calls for quality standards and completion
  • Provide structured feedback to Benefit Support Center Counselors
  • Monitor engagement activity in training sessions and adherence to attendance policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service call centers
  • Experience in call center QA, call monitoring, or sales coaching
  • Proficient with computer systems, including Excel and Google platforms
  • Bilingual Spanish fluency highly preferred
