Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded calls for quality standards and completion
- Provide structured feedback to Benefit Support Center Counselors
- Monitor engagement activity in training sessions and adherence to attendance policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service call centers
- Experience in call center QA, call monitoring, or sales coaching
- Proficient with computer systems, including Excel and Google platforms
- Bilingual Spanish fluency highly preferred
