Quality Assurance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate QA Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs to ensure information systems meet organization standards and end-user requirements
• Ensure adequate product testing prior to implementation and recommend improvements to current processes
• Administer the problem management process, including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or 1+ year of applicable experience
• SQL scripting skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a desire to interface directly with end-user clients
• Ability to find and attach appropriate system logs to defects
