Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Chicago, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and conducting Quality Assurance processes and programs for the Utility Billing and Customer Service Department
- Evaluate customer service interactions to ensure compliance with established quality criteria and provide feedback to leadership
- Proactively identify trends based on monitoring and assist in the development of Quality Assurance scorecards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in BPO-Application Support-Compliance
- Minimum of one year related experience in a customer service and/or call center environment
- Highly preferred: Minimum of one year experience in a quality assurance related role
- High school diploma or GED required; continuous vocational training or college coursework preferred
- Proficiency in typing business correspondence via email and effective keyboarding skills
