Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate agent calls for compliance and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and audit calls based on quality guidelines and standards
- Score each call according to compliance criteria
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred
- Quality assurance analyst/evaluator experience or a valid Life, Health and Annuity License (215) preferred
- Exposure to Medicare and other insurance products preferred
- Bilingual speaking skills (English and Spanish) preferred
