Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to manage and audit documents related to repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and cross-reference internal repair orders and purchase orders daily
- Identify and coach on process and quality control improvements
- Act as a liaison for invoice disputes between customers, billing, and field managers
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in a QA/admin support or customer service role
- Experience in reviewing, processing, or creating work/repair orders
- Knowledge of the functioning and maintenance of Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty Vehicles
- Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience with TMW or similar transportation services software is desired but not required
