Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment and Service & Support Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate calls and interactions of Enrollment and Service & Support employees
  • Utilize quality monitoring systems to track performance metrics at team and individual levels
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience, OR minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar call center role
  • Ability to maintain a professional home office without distractions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong knowledge of customer service techniques and selling skills
  • Ability to clear required background check
