Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment and Service & Support Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate calls and interactions of Enrollment and Service & Support employees
- Utilize quality monitoring systems to track performance metrics at team and individual levels
- Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience, OR minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar call center role
- Ability to maintain a professional home office without distractions
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge of customer service techniques and selling skills
- Ability to clear required background check
