Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control reviews and monitor calls for adherence to standards
- Provide feedback on performance and maintain accurate documentation and scorecards
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, and assist in training and calibration meetings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a criminal background check
- Experience with Department of Education and FSA preferred
