Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control reviews and monitor calls for adherence to standards
  • Provide feedback on performance and maintain accurate documentation and scorecards
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, and assist in training and calibration meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a criminal background check
  • Experience with Department of Education and FSA preferred
