Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate to join their Quality Improvement Accreditation Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and support daily activities based on program goals
- Identify optimization opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives
- Support end-to-end implementations, including stakeholder coordination and progress tracking
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management or operational experience in health insurance
- 3+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of NCQA regulatory standards & guidelines
- Experience with data systems (such as Periscope, Looker)
