A company is looking for a QI Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quality-related event (QRE) reporting system and process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with service quality and regulatory guidelines by contributing data to the Quality and Compliance Teams
- Collaborate with service line leadership to deliver training and improve performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- 2-5 years of pharmacy experience required; QI experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Patient safety or healthcare risk certificate, or equivalent, within six months of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong patient-centered focus on quality and outcomes
