Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality outcomes and performance improvement activities across the command center
- Execute quality outcomes reporting programs and analyze data trends
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Outcome Coordinators to achieve organizational quality goals
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience in quality improvement, or a Master's Degree with 6 years of experience
- At least 1 year of experience in quality improvement with a healthcare focus
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, or Lean upon hire
- Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives and performance metrics
- Proven ability to prepare reports and presentations for various audiences
