Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Command Center Quality and Performance Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality outcomes and performance improvement activities across the command center
  • Execute quality outcomes reporting programs and analyze data trends
  • Lead and mentor a team of Quality Outcome Coordinators to achieve organizational quality goals
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience in quality improvement, or a Master's Degree with 6 years of experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality improvement with a healthcare focus
  • Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, or Lean upon hire
  • Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives and performance metrics
  • Proven ability to prepare reports and presentations for various audiences
