R&D Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Sourcing Manager to support global clinical trials and vendor outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and contracting for development organizations supporting clinical trials
• Support vendor selection lifecycle, including RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations
• Assist in resolving contract issues and ensure accurate cataloging of terms in the contract database

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with contracting frameworks and legal terms
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple sourcing and contracting negotiations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with technology, systems, and software is preferred
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs organizations is a plus
