Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time monitoring and make intra-day adjustments to optimize resource efficiency
- Maintain communication with teams and clients to coordinate staffing adjustments based on performance
- Monitor external factors affecting call center performance and report issues for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in workforce management functions, specifically real-time management
- Experience with workforce management software that includes real-time adherence
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Windows-based programs
- Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision and manage variable hours
- Exceptional attendance and a secure home office environment required
