Red Team Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Team Exploitation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Red Team support, manage personnel, and liaise with VA leadership
• Monitor assessment progress, conduct quality control reviews, and oversee formal work product production
• Deliver weekly progress reports and a Post Operations Report mapping findings to NIST 800-53 controls

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must pass a Federal background check to obtain public trust
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Red Team operations or related areas
• Experience with NIST guidelines and security assessment methodologies
