Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain successful 1099 distributors while evaluating their effectiveness
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct market research and implement strategic plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in medical device sales, with 1-3 years in progressively responsible positions
- Preferred experience in the wound care and/or skin substitute areas of the healthcare industry
- 5+ years in sales leadership roles
