Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to increase lead volume and conversions
- Drive brand awareness through cross-channel campaigns and manage a team responsible for various marketing facets
- Monitor lead quality and conversion, collaborating with sales teams and supporting local area marketing efforts in Canada
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, including strategy guidance and team management
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field; a graduate degree is optional
- Experience in social media marketing
- Knowledge of the college admission industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven content writing skills
