Key Responsibilities
- Oversee business practices, project management, and financial performance for the region
- Develop and implement a regional business plan targeting year-over-year growth
- Lead resource allocation, staff development, and internal communication processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred
- At least 20 years of related experience or equivalent required
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is required
- Proven leadership ability and strong organizational skills
- Effective change management and risk management approach
