A company is looking for a Senior Project Associate, Business Integration & Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing change management activities related to Workday and Salesforce implementations
- Support business integration and transformation initiatives to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with objectives
- Develop and maintain internal documentation and presentations to support stakeholder engagement and project execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and track deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with Workday implementation and/or Salesforce is a plus
