Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Central Region (WI, MN, IL).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 to 10 account executives to drive sales results
- Lead growth in bookings and gross profit on a month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter basis
- Track pipeline performance and provide weekly reports to upper management
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in IT products/services sales
- 3 years of experience leading a sales team focused on growth
- Strong background in forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience in selling professional and managed services
- Sales management experience of at least 5 years
