Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of the sales team, including prospecting, funnel management, and forecasting
- Lead a team to accelerate performance through key activities and coaching
- Collaborate with other leaders to drive strategy and align team objectives with company goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS company
- Proven success managing a team with a quota of $2M+
- Experience in scaling outbound sourced ARR and exceeding revenue objectives
- Intermediate business acumen with a strong understanding of forecasting and budget management
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
