Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive software sales in Korea.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plan for assigned territory
- Build and manage key relationships with existing customers and drive upsell deals
- Prospect target customers, qualify opportunities, and conduct presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
- 10 or more years of relevant software or SaaS sales experience
- Experience in selling Human Capital Management (HCM) products is highly preferred
- Expansive network including potential target customers and partners
- Language skills: English and Korean
