Key Responsibilities
- Establish standard reports and tools to analyze business performance and drive planning processes
- Drive the analytical rhythm of the business, including business reviews and forecasting
- Identify operational gaps and work with teams to build scalable solutions
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, consulting, or enterprise technology sales/strategy
- Strong experience with SFDC and familiarity with sales productivity tools
- Experience in a Sales or GTM organization and knowledge of common sales methodologies
- High comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience with analysis/BI tools is a plus
