A company is looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales - US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage performance through setting expectations, conducting reviews, and implementing improvement plans
- Provide strategic guidance on sales opportunities and assist in navigating complex sales cycles
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with 5 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
