Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives focused on Public Sector accounts
- Develop team members and territories while driving revenue growth and maximizing performance
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective product delivery and strong ROI for clients
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record in achieving ARR bookings, pipeline generation, and deal strategy/execution
- Ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent
- Experience in closing large deals, particularly within the public sector
- Located in Southern California, Arizona, or Denver
