Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager - Media & Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize sales and customer retention strategies in collaboration with the Head of Commercial
- Define and manage key performance indicators, creating reports and dashboards to monitor business health
- Own revenue reporting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within media, publishing, research, or subscription-based businesses
- Strong understanding of media sales cycles, research product lifecycles, and B2B subscription models
- Experience in developing and managing KPIs across multi-product, multi-channel revenue models
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
