Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth across multiple clients
• Design and implement a strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while managing client campaigns and ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function with 200+ team members
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
