Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
- Represent the brand and ensure customers receive quality products and services
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related work required
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to maintain a professional workspace with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in PC usage and strong typing capabilities
