Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define key performance metrics and create reports to provide insights and improvement recommendations to sales leadership
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and GTM teams to optimize performance
- Drive forecast management excellence and own weekly forecast calls to ensure predictable growth across business units
Required Qualifications
- 7-8+ years of experience in sales operations or strategy roles
- Experience with pipeline management and forecasting
- Solid understanding of the tech industry and SaaS sales disciplines
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Salesforce CRM
