Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for all revenue teams
- Lead planning and execution of product release enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build end-to-end revenue playbooks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or revenue enablement
- Experience leading onboarding and training for revenue teams in a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Outreach and Gong
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
