Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to mortgage loan officers and enhance loan production levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including clerical tasks
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
• Provide general support to loan officers and processors, ensuring a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
• Previous sales support experience is preferred
• Salesforce experience is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
