Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employer Account Executive - Remote in Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employer groups and pharmacy teams, understanding industry trends and client needs
- Drive strategic account plans to ensure client engagement, satisfaction, and compliance with contracts
- Lead client meetings and manage the end-to-end RFP process for renewing groups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of client service experience, including 2 years in sales or account management in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly pharmacy trends and health plan benefits
- Ability to manage complex information and develop effective solutions for clients
