Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and develop a profitable base of approximately 50 target and core dealers
- Build sales through communication with customers about products, services, and pricing
- Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
