• Assist customers in articulating their problems and align the platform to provide solutions
• Utilize technical expertise in SIEM and Security Operations to support pre-sales activities
• Lead initiatives in a dynamic startup environment to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales engineer
• Strong technical background in SIEM and Security Operations
• Familiarity with Splunk, Snowflake, and/or Azure, including SPL, SQL, and/or KQL
• Security experience and domain expertise
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
