Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans for injured or disabled persons
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage caseloads, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
  • Reliable internet access
