Registered Nurse Oncology Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator for a remote position with an 11:30 AM - 8 PM EST shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor changes in health for cancer patients
• Coordinate care transitions and educate members and caregivers about diagnoses and treatments
• Assist with administrative projects and communicate feedback to clinical leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in high-acuity adult oncology
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organization
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems
• OCN certification required at time of hire or commitment to obtain within 2 years
