Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food formulation and labeling regulations, including FDA and USDA
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and oversee change requests for baby food products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify the accuracy of product information and marketing communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field (Nutrition, Biology, Food Science, or Chemistry)
• Minimum of five years of experience in regulatory compliance and quality management systems
• Experience interpreting and applying complex regulations
• Proficiency in nutrition analysis software and labeling databases, preferably Flavor Studio
• Familiarity with USDA Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher certifications, and GFSI standards
