Job Summary
A company is looking for a Relationship Case Manager to manage life, LTC, and DI applications and facilitate communication among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review life applications for accuracy and completeness, and communicate with agents and VPs regarding missing information
- Monitor case status and requirements, ensuring timely follow-up with carriers and vendors
- Negotiate with carriers on offers and provide guidance on underwriting evidence for optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in Life Insurance New Business, General Agency, or Life Insurance company
- Knowledge of medical and financial underwriting terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based management systems
- Industry designations (e.g., NAILBA Case Management certification, FLMI) are a plus
