Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist leadership with routine financial reporting and complete general accounting functions
- Act as the subject matter expert for accounting matters, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP guidelines
- Process biweekly payroll and advise team leaders on budget adherence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience with payroll and General Ledger (GL) duties
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle or SAP
- Understanding of confidentiality in accounting and HR-related matters
