Remote Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with routine financial reporting and complete general accounting functions
• Act as the subject matter expert for accounting matters, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP guidelines
• Process biweekly payroll and advise team leaders on budget adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
• Experience with payroll and General Ledger (GL) duties
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle or SAP
• Understanding of confidentiality in accounting and HR-related matters
