Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Government Contracts & Services team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking, organizing, and responding to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and proposal-related tasks
- Manage and maintain electronic file systems for RFQs and contracts
- Contribute to proposal creation and submission by compiling documentation and formatting content
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to self-manage daily tasks while working collaboratively across departments
