A company is looking for a Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Expert).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-charge bookkeeping, including account reconciliations and transaction categorization
- Generate monthly management reports and maintain digital organization of financial documents
- Ensure accurate syncing and testing of financial integrations and oversee accounts receivable/payable processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert-level QuickBooks Online user; QBO ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of small business accounting workflows and best practices
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed
