Job Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Remote Call Center Agents to join our solar appointment-setting team. Your mission: engage homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, savings, and schedule qualified appointments for our network of elite sales teams. Whether you’re a first-time appointment setter or seasoned — if you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to prove it — we’ll give you the training, support, and firepower to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to homeowners using our leads database.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and available incentives.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure high-quality appointments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for our solar consultants.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet booked.
• Accurately log call details and customer interactions in our CRM.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, cold calling or a similar sales-driven role (solar experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, listening and persuasive skills.
• A clear, confident and high-energy tone — tonality is everything.
• Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, a computer with a headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
