A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager, Patient Support Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
- Assist customers with pharmacy-related services and maintain professionalism in communication
- Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and provide prior authorization support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
- Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm or more
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
- Must reside in the same country where the job is located
