Key Responsibilities
- Post charges and demographic information into the billing system to create invoices
- Verify and enter patient information and charge data accurately
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and provide guidance to team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in Insurance/Healthcare and/or data entry
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to handle high volumes of information
- Experience with various billing software and systems
- Knowledge of invoice creation and completion processes
