Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collector (Remote) to provide phone and administrative support for the Collections team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls and send follow-up emails to reduce the AR balance of canceled Local advertising accounts
- Document collection efforts in CRM systems and work cross-functionally with various teams
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals while maintaining appropriate time-to-answer rates for inbound calls
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment (minimum of 65+ calls per day)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Comfort adapting to changes and/or duties in the work environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Prior collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience is preferred
