Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - Remote in CST or EST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Guide customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them select the best benefit plans
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments and navigating relevant websites
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours with flexibility for overtime and weekends
