Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - Remote in CST or EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Guide customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them select the best benefit plans
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and navigating relevant websites
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours with flexibility for overtime and weekends
