Key Responsibilities
- Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations
- Provide solutions and support to meet client needs through effective communication
- Handle calls professionally and ensure call quality is maintained
Required Qualifications
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Proficient with office equipment and computer software (MS Suite)
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Bilingual skills are a plus
