Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive support to client facilities, including issue resolution and user assistance
- Handle inbound calls, support emails, and chats while documenting all actions in tickets
- Assist with leadership requests and maintain communication with physicians, facilities, and corporate staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 3 months of related experience
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection and a private workspace
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
