Remote EA or CPA Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Services Manager who will lead a team of remote tax professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of tax experts in preparing returns and delivering video tax consultations
• Oversee daily tax practice operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and managing productivity
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPI targets for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years managing teams of tax professionals in a high-volume tax practice
• 5+ years of tax preparation experience with an active EA or CPA credential and valid PTIN
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance rules and experience reviewing returns for accuracy
• Experience using professional tax software such as CCH or Lacerte
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours during peak tax season
